Integrative Oncology: 2 Amazing Days in April
April 6th and 7th, 2013 a landmark conference on ‘integrative oncology’ took place on the campus of the School of Medicine at UC San Diego. The 2 day weekend session was organized by the faculty of the Center for Integrative Medicine (CIM), and led by Gorden Saxe, MD, Gene Kallenberg, MD and Lauray MacElhern, a bevy of talented UCSD medical school faculty, world class conference faculty including T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., and four ‘documented “miraculous” cancer remission case studies’. Below is a video highlights reel for what was a truly amazing experience. For complete program details including a comprehensive syllabus, click here.
We will post additional recorded segments shortly and expect to be available to bring you entire clips from select academicians researching cancer prevention diets to the general role of nutrition in health, to the role of naturopathic medicine and utility of medical marijuana. Of note are several empowered patients who found their way into ‘documented miraculous recoveries’, including some powerful ‘expressive art’ from patients.
Of note is on Sunday, May 5th at 6PM Pacific/9PM Eastern, one of those ‘documented cases’ Bhava Ram will tell his story and we’re livestreaming the event from the University of San Diego‘s Joan Croc Center for Peace and Justice. This is a sold out event but you can see this former ‘alpha male’ war correspondent turned vedic healer, practitioner, scholar and ‘e-patient’ describe his journey from pit of despair and certain death to complete remission from stage 4 cancer.
